Do you take reservations?

We currently do not take reservations and waiting guests are seated on first-come first-serve basis. Also, during the weekends, in order to expedite service and improve the dining experience for all patrons we will only seat you when your entire party is present. Your patience and understanding are most appreciated. (Note: We do take reservations for parties 12+ for our private dining area, only available weekdays.)

Do you offer carryout orders?

Yes, nearly our entire menu is available for carryout orders. You can place a same-day order or schedule your pick-up and curbside service for a future date and time. Please call us at our Upper Arlington location at: (614) 695-6810 or our Westerville location at: (614)-948-6200 or visit our online ordering page. (Note: we do not accept phone calls on weekends. Please order through our website.)

Do you have gluten friendly items?

Yes! While we can’t guarantee any item is entirely gluten free since all our items are prepared in the same kitchen, we can prepare many items to be gluten friendly. This includes all of our waffles and the majority of our pancakes! Please give us a call or ask your server if you have additional questions.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we’ve partnered with Doordash to offer delivery services. Please visit our delivery partners page for more information about our delivery options.

Are you open on holidays?

The only day we are closed is Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, we are open normal business hours the rest of the year!

Can I host an event at OPH?

Yes, we have private 12-30 guests private dining rooms at both locations. Please email us at contact@ophcentralohio.com to learn more!

Where can I purchase your coffee mugs?

Our original handmade stone ware pieces by Deneen Pottery are for sale at both locations. A great gift for any occasion!

Do you sell your coffee blend?

Yes! We do have our Original Pancake House special blend coffee available for purchase by the pound at both locations.
